EXOS GPS Transceiver includes a generous 5-hour free operational field trial with full transmitter/receiver telemetry, NMEA streaming, and mock location bridging before requiring any upgrade. This allows every user to verify device compatibility with zero financial commitment.

For purchases processed through Google Play:

• Standard 48-Hour Google Window: Users can request an immediate, automated refund directly through Google Play Order History within 48 hours of purchase.
• Direct Merchant Refund Guarantee: If you face hardware sensor incompatibility, connectivity issues, or are not completely satisfied, RITYM Technologies offers direct refund support. Simply email our billing desk at assist@ritym.com or call our helpline at +91 7996753319 with your Google Play Order Number (GPA.xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx).
• Processing Time: Direct merchant refund requests are acknowledged and processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Approved refunds are credited directly back to the user's original payment method via Google Play Billing.

4. Digital Fulfillment & Delivery Policy

All in-app purchases are fulfilled digitally and activated instantly inside the app upon transaction authorization by Google Play. No physical shipment is required.
