1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or operating the EXOS Wayfinder mobile application or any EXOS GPS hardware device, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, please uninstall the app and discontinue use.

2. Tactical Navigation & Safety Warning

EXOS Wayfinder and EXOS-GPS hardware are tools designed to assist in situational awareness, backcountry orientation, and waypoint navigation. Outdoor backcountry travel and navigation in wilderness environments involve inherent risks.

Never rely solely on any electronic device, battery-powered receiver, or satellite software for life-critical navigation. Users must always carry physical topographic maps, a mechanical magnetic compass, and emergency survival gear.

3. License & Intellectual Property

EXOS GPS grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the EXOS Wayfinder application for personal and expedition use in accordance with these terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EXOS GPS, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from navigational error, GPS signal attenuation, satellite outage, or hardware failure.
