By downloading, installing, accessing, or operating EXOS Transceiver, EXOS Wayfinder, EXOS Echo, or EXOS Watchout (collectively, the "Software") published by RITYM Technologies, you agree to these Terms.

1. Navigational & Safety Disclaimer

The Software provides electronic navigational assistance, sensor fusion, and NMEA data bridges. It is designed as an auxiliary navigational instrument and is not certified as a sole or primary life-safety system for aviation, maritime, or hazardous wilderness expeditions. Users must maintain primary certified compasses, paper charts, and emergency signaling devices.

2. In-App Purchases, Pricing & Delivery

Our applications offer free trial functionality and optional one-time in-app purchases:

• Pricing: In-app upgrade pricing ($7.99 USD / ₹699 INR) is clearly indicated prior to confirmation.
• Instant Delivery: Upgrades are delivered digitally and unlocked immediately upon authorization via Google Play Billing.
• Refunds: Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Radio Frequency & Regulatory Compliance

Bluetooth, Bluetooth LE, and Wi-Fi Direct transmissions broadcasted by the software adhere to standard consumer telecommunications frameworks. Users must comply with local aviation or restricted RF zone rules when broadcasting GPS data.

4. Intellectual Property & License Grant

RITYM Technologies grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software. All source code, designs, algorithms, and UI assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of RITYM Technologies.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RITYM Technologies or its developers be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from navigational decisions, environmental satellite blockage, or hardware sensor inaccuracies.
